BRUTE AFFILIATE PLUS

Our Brute Affiliate Plus program offers the same great affiliate programming plus 3 other program tracks for gym owners that want to offer more options to their members.

Brute Affiliate Athlete is our newest program that aligns with the current class workouts. Perfect for members seeking a competitive edge and want a little bit more training after completing the class workouts. On average, the extra work takes around 40 minutes to complete.

Brute Athlete is our flagship program that follows along with the CrossFit competitive season and it’s designed to focus on the specific weights, barbell movements, gymnastics skills and aerobic work found in the Open and Quarterfinals. The goal of this program is to dramatically improve your ranking in the Quarterfinals leaderboard.

Brute Body is a stand alone program that has structured upper and lower body days that include strength, accessory, metcons and core work. There’s even days with “extra” work if you find yourself with extra time. This program can be used for those that utilize your open gym membership.
