What Makes Our Programming Different:
At Brute, we apply the same athlete-centered approach used in our 1-on-1 remote coaching to all of our template programs. By analyzing your communication, logged workout results, videos, and monthly training questionnaires, we tailor your experience. Timing:
Train smarter, not harder! With 1 session per day, 5 days a week, consistency—not excessive volume—is key to seeing major improvements. For most quarterfinal athletes, one daily session is enough to make huge strides, and we understand you probably have a full-time job. Quality over quantity is what drives real progress!
