Should you be using the GHD?

The GHD Apparatus is often sitting in the back of the gym collecting dust most of the day. If one person uses it each day, the GHD is seeing heavy use compared to other gyms. While not totally necessary as an accessory exercise routine, using the GHD can be supremely beneficial to your general strength.
