Single Leg Squat Stamina Test

We have shown you in the past how easy it can be to determine if one of your shoulders is weak or lacks the stamina necessary to function in partnership with the other one during long workouts. In this video we offer the same opportunity to evaluate your leg strength and stamina. Knee pain, hip pain, and especially low back pain can be a consequence of poor loading patterns and left side to right side imbalances.
